Has anyone had pneumonia?

I already made a similar post but only got one response so I’m not 100% sure on what action I should take. Or if it even is pneumonia, so I thought posting one during the day might get more responses.

I have asthma so bad that just head colds put me in hospital. I recently just got out of hospital and was next to an elderly woman with pneumonia nearly my whole stay.

I have heaps of crackling and gurgling deep in my chest when I breathe, I can’t take deep breaths because it makes me cough and my mouth fills with mucous which I inhale right back in because of the coughing. There is wheezing but I think it’s from all the fluid rather than any bronchoconstriction.

I’m struggling to swallow for some reason, could be from fatigue from coughing, I don’t know.

Does this sound like pneumonia? I don’t know if I have a fever or anything, I’m just super tired and fatigued from coughing so hard.
