Reoccurring UTI

I am so tired of these last 2 weeks. I am 13 weeks and I end up in the ER for a UTI and the doc gave me Kelfex. I took it for a week thought I was completely better. Then 2 days later, my kidneys were killing me, so I go to my OB and she said that Keflex didn’t work because I had a different strain of bacteria, so she gave me a Rocephin shot in my rear end(which hurt so bad) and told me I should feel better within 24 hours. Nope, went back the next day got another shot. Then I felt better, waited the weekend and now my kidneys are killing me again and my UTI is back. I just want to feel 100% better 😭
