Pink discharge and cramping

I’m 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant, I had went to the restroom and i wiped my self and i seen a very faint pink discharge and its the first time i seen this. What is it? this is worrying me alot .😔😔 its my first pregnancy after ttc for 2 years
