Pump with the Haaka while breastfeeding!

The Haakaa has been the best breastfeeding investment I’ve ever made! I’ll put my daughter on one boob and use the Haakaa on the other. I get as much milk, if not more, as using my Spectra S2. It is not recommended to use in place of the electric pump, but I definitely haven’t used my electric pump as much since owning the Haakaa.

It’s basically sucking the milk out of you! You squeeze the Haakaa and attach it to your boob. Once your little one latches and starts feeding, your other boob automatically has let-down too, and that’s where the magic starts. It’s amazing! I recommend hooking your nursing bra around it as well (shown in the first pic) because it can lose sucking and fall off. If you have an active baby, it’ll help hold the pump in place so baby won’t kick it off.

I have 2 Haakaas. The first 2 pics show the 90ml pump and the 3rd picture shows the 150ml pump.
