Motivation.
I gave birth almost 6 months ago and I'm almost back at my full term pregnancy weight and it's making me sad and guilty. So how did you ladies get motivation to get back into shape? I'm ebf and a ftm so I'm not sure how working out or dieting will effect breastfeeding so if anyone has some insight on that it would be great! Ps I live in Canada where the air hurts your face if your out for too long lol 😂 so outdoor activities are limited. (yes can't wait for summer) or Atleast next winter when lo can do winter stuff too.
