My babygirl fell off her swing(small)

I put my babygirl on her swing(small) quick second turned around to get her rattle(toys) for her. She fell to the floor on her stomach. I feel like she shimmed down & turn over. This happen yesterday. I feel so bad & this never happens to me. But she only cried for alil bit. I checked everywhere on her body. She was her normal self laughing,smiling,talking,turning over,belly time. I feel so bad. Should i call her doctor to let her know. Her appointment is coming up.
