I'm getting a tattoo today. The $200 gift certificate was donated for charity. I was the winning bidder of $140. It's taken 6 months to finally get it scheduled. It's a smaller tattoo on the back of my right shoulder and he said it would take about 30 minutes. How much should I tip?
