So I’ve been thinking about opening up a business online. I’m doing research about what customers are looking for when shopping online.

What do you like about online shopping?

Is it beneficial?

How’s the customer service when you have an issue or question?

What do you look for?

Does the shipping take too long or is it just right?

Anything else you’d like to add please do? If this is successful then a few years open an actual store.

For a physical store:

What’s your experience at retail places?

Are the employees friendly? Helpful? Rude? Etc

Is the store organized or messy?

How’s the customer service on returning or exchanging items (same goes for online services)
