Anyone in the same boat?

This is our 8th cycle ttc, and I am so frustrated. I never took birth control in my life, so when we started trying, we just stopped using condoms. After a few months and no luck, we used ovulation kits and pre-seed. I have the most regular cycle you can imagine and still no luck! I saw my doctor and had a bunch of testing... everything normal. Hubby went to get Sperm checked and were waiting on those results. My period is due today, I took a test and it’s negative :(

I never imagined this process would take so long :(
