Toning up while pregnant?!
So I’m 10 weeks and I’m wondering do y’all think it’d be safe if I started working on toning up my booty and arms while pregnant? Obviously not going for weight loss or anything I just notice my butt has gotten a little smaller and more cheesy than I’m used to. I just want it big and smooth like it was a couple of months ago. And some arm exercises as well just to ensure my arms don’t get bigger during pregnanxy as well...
Should be totally safe right?
