Poor fertility!

I’m just looking for other women who have or have had the same problem I am having and I’m looking for some input! I am having a heck of a time trying to get pregnant. My fertility is very low and always have been. I’ve been thinking maybe I get it from my mom? She was always told she could never have kids, but ended up having me when she was 31 years old. Her periods were very irregular, and so are mine. I can go 6 months without having a period, and sometimes I’ll get it twice a month! I’m not on any types of birth control or anything like that. Are there any things I can do to help boost my fertility so I have a higher chance of getting pregnant? Please help!!
