Terrified of tearing again 😰 help!!
Hello ladies
I'm pregnant with my second baby, and I'm terrified of the idea of tearing again, I had a third degree tear 3 years ago and It was really bad along with hemorrhoids.
I want to know is there any chance for me for not tearing this time and what can I do to prevent it
Please help, it's always on my mind and I'm seriously scared ðŸ˜
