Due date today. Natural induction method experiences?

Midwife will do a stretch and sweep next week and if that doesn't work I'll be booked in for an induction as that's my areas policy but I don't want to be induced at all. Can ladies who have tried any natural induction methods tell me what they did and if it did anything? I've been taking evening primrose oil orally and I think I lost my whole mucus plug on Sunday night after previously only losing bits, and a couple days ago I practised with my manual breast pump and it did start some intense lower back pain so I stopped, but with the idea of being induced looming I'm willing to try anything bar Caster oil as I already have irritable bowel syndrome. Thanks ladies <3 also my pregnancy is low risk so there's no reason for me not to medically try.
