Sharing Location while out of the country

What do y’all think?

My bf once cheated on me when I left the country in 2014. He had some infidelity issues (mainly flirting or not telling me about hanging out with girls) after that but we’ve been trying to make it work.

We used to share each other’s location but last year we agreed to stop and try out the trust we’ve been working on. The trust has been better but not where it needs to be.

Next week I’m leaving town for the first time since 2014. I’ve been very scared to travel without him. I asked him if we could share our location for at least the one week I’m out of town. My bf adamantly refuses to share his location. Is he hiding something?? We used to share, why not now when I’m about to travel abroad?

He doesn’t seem to understand that it looks like he’s hiding something. He says we should trust each other enough by now and he doesn’t want to talk about it anymore. My anxiety is overwhelming at the moment. I don’t want to travel anymore but of course I already paid for the trip.

Idk what to do :(
