Stop working?

When did you all stop working before giving birth? I’m 32 weeks and my babygirl is dropping already so everything is sore 😔 I’m trying to hold off staying st home as long as possible, so when did you all stop working to enjoy the last weeks of your pregnancy?

I worked until the day I went into labor. But my job was mainly desk work. If I had a waitress/retail type of job, I'm not sure I would have lasted that long.

My first I went into labor at work. Second was a planned c section, worked till Friday had her that Monday. This time around... I have 4 weeks of unused vacation time 😃 work is letting me use 3 weeks before the baby is scheduled.

I got sent for a surprised induction at one of my appointments. I was 37 weeks. I was suppose to work the day after the appointment obviously that’s changed.

I’m a teacher and worked until my water broke at work 😂 I was 37+5 when that happened

My doctor took me off of work at 34 weeks. I was teaching PE in Southern California and it just became too much. Best thing I did. I was going to try to power through but my body was saying no. 
With my first baby, I worked (a different job but very physical) up until the end. I planned my maternity leave for right before my due date. Baby was late. But it was nice to have some extra time before baby arrived.

This is my last week, decided to stop at 37 weeks to give myself time to prepare the house for our new arrival.
