What are the reasons why I would go from a day 3 to day 5 transfer?
I had 10 eggs retrieved and 7 matured with 6 that fertilized. Today is day 2 so I’m planning on a transfer tomorrow morning on day 3. But the embryologist said they may call and switch to a day 5 but if I don’t hear from them today then go in tomorrow for transfer. Can you help me understand how this works?
