What to do with toddler

We have a 2 year old boy and will be expecting another boy in August. I’ve never let my son stay with anyone overnight. I just don’t like the idea of it. My husband wants to stay with me and the new baby in the hospital but our parents are already fighting like cats and dogs about who gets to keep our other son... has anyone ever had a hospital let the older siblings stay overnight too?

Why don't you have your parents or his parents stay at yours to look after your other son? That way he's in a familiar place still? I have my mum and my best friend taking turns having my son when I go in to have this baby 🤣

Where I live, your children can’t stay with u in the hospital, unless they’re like 12 and up. But toddlers especially can’t be there overnight: your husband May have to stay home over night with your other child. Unless you figure out The Who will keep your baby

No. I highly doubt they would allow that though. Wouldn’t hurt to ask though. Maybe the grandparents could switch on and off?

With lability insurance I think the hospital is very unlikely to allow a toddler to stay over night.

I have. A 14 month old he will be 19  months when this baby is borny younger sister who will be 19. Lives with us while she attending university.  It's been convient having her here as if we have to run short errands or my boyfriend has to give me a ride to work shell watch him.  She will be watching our son when I have this little one. I know hell be in amazing hands along with daddy running back home to check on them as the hospital is a 5 minute drive from our apartment 😍
