13 weeks and feeling movements?

For a week or so now I swear I've been feeling movement! Yesterday I went for my NT scan, and baby is ready half way passed my bellybutton towards my ribs. The tech was pretty surprised baby was up so high already, said that's normally where she would find a 6month baby. But yet baby girl is still measuring at 13 weeks right along with my dates. Now today we could SEE and feel her through my stomach we think. This itty bitty bump kept popping up right above my belly button, along with the feeling of movement. Am I crazy? Even my husband felt it come up move a lil and then pop back down. This is pregnancy #2.
