Feel like giving up

3 am no sleep and at this point tears are starting to come out not because im in pain or anything but because im exhausted i have a 5 year old and now my second 20 days old and its soo hard breastfeeding and pumping i feel like it takes so much time i make 12 oz every time i pump so milk isnt the problem but i just feel drained like maybe breastfeeding isnt enough (my baby wakes up like every 10 mins) ive had a headache for 3 days now that comes and goes but now i just feel like my head wants to blow and i feel bad.. I just want to sleep and have a routine feel with a bit of energy by the time my 5 year old wakes up

I honestly dont know how people last a whole year pumping and breastfeeding
