So one of my breast is extremely sore painful to touch. I was up all night with the cold sweats freezing the whole night, I dont have a fever and they are not red just strartd last night.I've been having him nurse all the time and pumping🤒😢

Just went through this and the temp / flu like symptoms but no red circle like I've seen! It sucks I know. For me it just passed after three days, and I'm not in pain anymore. I did lots of massaging and kinda forceful hand expression in the shower every day, and always offered the clogged side first at every feed, just pumped the other side, to make sure it is getting worked out. Luckily it passed for now with no Dr or antibiotics needed! Hope you feel better asap

Have you tried massaging it with a vibrator after a hot shower? That always works for me.
