Food poisoning and bleeding

Help I’m rlly scared so I have food poisoning from milk and I’ve been having the worst diarrhoea and cramps I’ve ever had. I puked this morning and have still been having diarrhoea and cramps but I didn’t think they were period cramps just from the food poisoning, but I just went to the bathroom and when I went to flush I saw a whole lot of blood with my diarrhoea. I had my period 2 weeks ago and this is the heaviest it’s ever been, and it’s definitely coming from my vagina. Help I’m scared I ripped something can someone please help me
