Pregnancy rhinitis?

I’m 11 weeks exactly and have had sneezing and congestion for at least 6 weeks or more. My next appointment isn’t until 3/11. Is this pregnancy related since it’s lasted so long?? I don’t normally have allergies like this.

I’ve been told plain nasal spray is safe, there’s no chemicals in it so you can use it as often and as much as you want. That seems to help me.

I’ve had it since probably 4 weeks. It was very bad at first but it seems to get better then worse then better again, though always there.  I take Claritin when the sneezing is bad but it doesn’t seem to help much. What has been a lifesaver is having a water mist diffuser with peppermint essential oil next to my bed, which is on a timer. I run it for an hour when I am going to sleep (clears my sinuses and relaxes me). I also use it again in the morning if I wake up stuffy.  Hope this helps.

I've been experiencing the same thing and have decided that it's pregnancy rhinitis. I am always stuffed up! Since about 4 weeks (13 now). If that's what it is, I've read it doesn't go away until after you give birth 😬
