Am I crazy?

My baby is a month old, and I already want to have another! I waited 5 years between my oldest and my baby & I dont want such a big gap next time.
I literally want to start trying again after my 6 week appointment with my dr. 
How soon is too soon to start trying?😅

Maybe talk with your doctor? After having my son I was told it’s best for the body if you wait at least 18 months but to each their own. My son will turn 3 a few days after this new baby is born.

Sounds like me I waited 5yrs between my oldest son and youngest son. I wanted another one straight away but my husband was not on board, tuck me 3yrs to convince him for to have a 3rd. We had our little girl 15wks ago. 😁 they say leave it a year for your body to recover but if you had a c-section it’s even longer upto 2yrs. If you had a natural and easy pregnancy and birth I’m sure your doctor will be on board.

I have a 9 month old and I’m almost 15 weeks. My midwife gave me the go ahead after my 6 weeks pp checkup. I had an uncomplicated birth and am healthy. It took us 6 years, 2 losses and a round of clomid for my first. This one we had sex one time :)

My friend was 3 weeks pregnant when she went to her 6 week check up postpartum 😂😂
That’s the only too soon I’ve seen lol and she did great her two boys are literally back to back.
My boys are close in age as well but I waited until my oldest was 7 months old to get pregnant again successfully.

I would definitely wait just a little bit until your body gets back into it's own rhythm. You won't be able to breastfeed your first if you get pregnant soon after this baby. Plus, enjoy your first baby by themself for a little while. All the firsts are so special.
