My magic moment

Welcome to the world Remo! After a gruelling 36 hour back labor from a sunny side up baby we finally got the epidural and had a rest. Woke up at 540am and starting pushing. I pushed and pushed and so well I was told but in the end baby wasn’t moving through my birth canal properly. He was stuck and my heart sank. I was so happy to have gotten that far... but the health care professionals said I had two options, assisted forcep birth or C section. I went with the forcep birth in the OR room and it was scary as hell. But after the numbing they put me at ease and I pushed like hell and out came this dark haired little boy. He is so tender and calm we forgot all

about the hell it took to get there. He is so loved by mama and dada.
