Missed period

Sooooo, I’ve been wondering if I could me pregnant. Hopefully not bc I’ll go crazy but. Okay so I had my period for the month of January. I was going through somethings that month, health wise. Okay well I did not have a period for the month of February. But I started my period for March today. It is an absolutely normal period. Cramps and my normal bleeding flow... could I be pregnant? I did take a pregnancy test the month of February, but it came out negative.
