It is normal to have feelings for people in our past that we cared about. We also have the tendency to glorify the past. Meaning, we are removed from the situation and see it more positively than we did or would going through it. He may or may not know exactly what these feelings mean himself. The question is, are they strong enough to go investigate and what does this mean for your relationship.

Slightly weird. I mean if you were just dating and at the beginning of the relationship I could perhaps understand though to me I wouldn’t carry on dating because it rings alarm bells to me and like they aren’t ready for a new relationship. But to be married which means you two have obviously been together a while and live together I’d imagine. No I don’t agree that’s not normal. At least people around me who are married don’t have feelings for ex’s they might have good memories but to still fancy/kinda love or whatever after so long.. nah 🤷🏻‍♀️

I would leave if my SO still had feelings for his ex. That wouldn’t fly by me. I don’t understand how there are some men who literally can’t get over their ex but me personally I don’t think about my ex or give a shit about his life. I don’t check for him at all what so ever. I simply just don’t care about him. I don’t think anyone should be in a relationship with someone else or move forward if they still have feelings for an ex or someone else in general. If you rlly love someone you wouldn’t see anyone else as far as giving ur love to someone else cause you’d be too busy having feelings & giving your love to the person you claim you love .... to me that’s not normal
