Potty training set back

Hi. So my daugther is 2 years and 9 months, and about 4 weeks ago she quit using diapers. She was really good for the first 3 weeks, with just a couple of accidents the first days, and then dry pants all the way. But the last week she have had a major set back, and she have wet her pants several times a day, sometimes just around 20 minutes after she peed in the potty. She literally just peed her pants while i was writing this, 20 minutes after she peed herself last... So what should i do? Should we go back to diapers? Wouldnt that make things worse? Has anyone experienced anything similar with your kids? Thank you so much for any advice
