I’ve been experiencing tonsil stones recently. I’m not sure why? I’m not sick and my throat doesn’t hurt they just come up. Only sometimes I can see them in my tonsils but most of the time they just come up. Any idea why or what to do? It’s really gross!

Basically it's just because your tonsils have a lot of folds and creases that food gets stuck in. There isn't much you can do to prevent it besides rinsing your mouth. You can get a tonsil stone remover tool and gently maneuver them out so they don't come out randomly. Or you can see an ears nose and throat doctor who may be able to help.

I get them too!! Always cough them up and they are horrible. You can get mouthwash that kills the bacteria and breaks them down. Have a look on google for some suggestions - it is all to do with mouth hygiene. The cleaner you keep your mouth, the less you will get.

I had that issue!! I actually had to get my tonsil and adenoids removed because of them
