So i got a new job offer and i am 19 weeks and 4 days.. they didn’t ask me in the interview nor did i disclose 🤷🏼‍♀️

Today i did the physical and i have questions

I failed the spirometry test 2 twice so i had to see the doctor. After making comments about me needing to lose weight 😒 she asked me was i pregnant. I said yes. She wrote it in the chart and said that may explain why i failed. So my questions is

1. Do she have to disclose that to the employer

2. If i don’t pass the spirometry test is that considered failing the physical and i won’t be hired.

3. Does it matter that i didn’t disclose earlier

It’s a clerical job so no heavy lifting or nothing. I never been in this predicament so idk what to think
