Pain in lower left side

(I'm 36+5)Since yesterday I've been having lower front left side pain. Like excruciating pain where when I roll over or move a certain way it hurts so bad I make noise and want to cry.

This is my third pregnancy but I've never had this type of pain. And baby is laying on my right side not left, so I know he isnt putting pressure over there.

Anyone know what this could be or possible contractions just on that side?

I know what Braxton hicks are and they are painful for me and this doesnt feel like that.

Any advice would be helpful.
