How soon after you had your baby were you able to start exercising? And which kind of exercise you started with. I'm 37+3 and gained about 20lbs so far. Need to work my legs and my belly. Definitely wearing the support belt for quite a long time after (did with the first one and bounced back pretty fast, but I was also only 30 at the time. 43 now)
