Quick Pulses of Pain

Nine weeks today with my third pregnancy ❤ My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage and even though I had a wonderful second pregnancy that resulted in my beautiful daughter 🌈, I can't seem to shake the nerves and constant worry that something bad will happen. I'm counting my blessings each day that passes and I'm still preggo.

Today my husband, my daughter, and I traveled three hours to go visit his family. We've been at my in-laws for a few hours and I've started to feel short bursts and pulses of pain (nothing too intense) in my pelvic area on the left side. The nausea and tender breasts I've been experiencing daily for weeks on end have all of the sudden ceased. Has anyone else experienced a sudden stop in symptoms or quick, pulse like pains?
