*UPDATED* A tattoo in memory of my baby boy I miscarried at 14 weeks. 💙

My husband and I had been trying for 2 years to conceive. I started clomid, didn't get pregnant the first cycle. The second cycle I asked God to please send me a sign that I would get pregnant, within minutes a monarch butterfly landed on me. Butterflies have always brought me good luck. So I decided to get a tattoo of a butterfly but shade it in blue, since I was having a boy.

Tomorrow I'd be 20 weeks. 😭💔

Some of y'all have asked what happened. We didn't send him off for testing because his cells wouldn't have been viable. But my doctor did test me for autoimmune disorders and genetic mutations. I tested positive for two types of the MTHFR gene mutation.

Meaning my body doesn't break down and use folic acid. And my blood is thicker than normal. The FDA required that processed foods be pumped full of folic acid back in the late 90's or early 2000s. So either my body was too toxic from all the folic acid build up or my blood was too thick and clotted in the placenta.

I am now taking baby aspirin once a day (to thin my blood), prenatals with l-methylfolate(which is the REAL version) folic acid is man made. And I cut out all dairy and processed foods. I only eat veggies and home grown meats.

I'm praying we got pregnant this month with our rainbow baby, but had a feeling we missed ovulation day, since my husband is in the oilfield he's been on a job for 36 hrs. Officially in our TWW. 🙌❤🌈

UPDATE!!! WE GOT PREGNANT THIS MONTH 😍❤ I'm 9DPO today!
