Tummy Toning.
Just had my 3rd baby and my last! I'm 27 and curvy. I used to be 125 and flat bellied even after my first daughter which was a c Section at 19. (Gained 60lbs and lost it all just by being active, young, working, etc.. no workout or diets)
Then I had my son at 24. Gained about 55lbs when I got pregnant with him. I also had used stimulants from age 22 and quit when I got pregnant. So two reasons for that weight gain plus turning 25 6 months later and most likely experiencing a metabolism change.
I never really lost that weight and stayed at about 165. I was curvy and had a little tummy pouch and knew I wanted one more kid so I didnt worry too much. He was a VBAC. My husband and I started trying right around 7 months PP. I got pregnant finally right before i turned 27.
I just gave birth to my daughter at 195lbs last week. She was a C Section and then had my tubes removed.
I'd like to keep my butt/thighs but would like to start working on my tummy and toning my butt etc. I am pumping/breastfeeding and focusing on adding protein and fiber (meat, fruit, veggies) to my diet. I do enjoy sweets and dont want to quit them completely. I'm willing to work out but would prefer a regimen I can do at home.
Any advice?
