Moved...worst anxiety

Edit: I must not have explained very well in my rant, lol. I’m not worried about randomly getting kicked out. I’m worried about if they sell them - what the new owners may change. Like if they say pets aren’t allowed anymore, or they make the rent more expensive, and then we would have to move on our own because of it..

We just recently moved into a newer town house 30 minutes away from where we used to live. We lived in our old place for YEARS and years, so the moving thing is new to us again. Where we moved into is a nice place and they are about 2-3 years old. They’re privately owned/managed by a couple (who definitely have money) She’s a real estate agent and he’s a professor at the University. We’ve been here about 2 weeks. So, today I’m laying in bed being lazy, and decided to google search them. 🤷🏻‍♀️ probably something I should have done before moving here but 🤷🏻‍♀️ ...so come to find out she has all the town house complexes listed for sale for almost 3 million. Now this has my anxiety through the roof. Is this something I should be worried about?! Why wouldn’t she tell us that before moving here, as it may have swayed our decision and she probably knew that..I almost feel tricked?! Maybe that’s not legally something they have to disclose, or because it’s public knowledge online it covers them? Idk! But It was hard enough to find this place to begin with due to trying to find something within our price range that would also allow our dogs and not charge an arm and a leg for them. And like I said, we had to move 30 mins away to find somewhere like that. Now I’m thinking of all the things that could go wrong or change if they sell these to another owner...they could decide no more pets or to change the rent amount and I am freaking out!! I’m sure this happens every day all the time, and maybe it isn’t as big of a deal as I’m worried it is. 😩😩😩 should we be really worried? Can anyone give me any type of advice or help ease my nerves. 😞
