Question for you ladies who chart and take OPK
Hi Ladies
Currently not charting but I will start next cycle.
For you ladies who use opk and chart I am wondering is 1 day after positive opk accurate for you in terms of temps indicating when you ovulated? Or is it more likely 2 days? My friend doing both and thinks she ovulates 2 days after positive opk- I always thought it was 1.
