Anxiety medication hindering our sex life

My fiancé started taking anxiety meds about 5 months ago. Every since then he hardly touches me. When we do have sex, he doesn’t seem that into it. He has only orgasmed twice since he’s been on the medication. The medication makes it hard for him to climax. He doesn’t want to go back to the doctor because this medication works for him and he’s afraid to change it. I know it’s nothing wrong with me or him really but it’s been hard on me. How can I deal with this?
