Blightened ovum?

I am supposed to be 8 weeks five days pregnant. My last period was January 9th. I took a test the day I was suppose to start which was feb 6th and had a faint positive line so I took a digital to confirm and it said pregnant. I’ve taken a couple more tests and they’ve all come back positive. I went to women’s care center to confirm and to get an ultrasound and the ultrasound showed gestational sac at 5 weeks 1 day. Which was super confusing. So I went Back on Friday and had transvaginal ultrasound and it was at 5 weeks 6 days , but was empty. No yolk sac, nothing. They don’t diagnose miscarriage there so I have an appointment in the morning at an actual health clinic to find out more. And for more advanced ultrasound. But when I googled my situation the blightened ovum is the most accurate possibility.. bc the gestational sac is still growing but is empty. My heart is broken and I just don’t understand.. I just wonder how much longer the sac will keep growing if there’s no embryo? And if I get pregnant in the future will this keep happening? Has anyone else been through this before, please share your experience because I’m 23 and so confused and worried. Is there a chance the baby is ok? I don’t want to get my hopes up so I’m honestly just expecting to be told what I already feel is going on. :/
