Do you have PCOS or anything like that? That could be why the opks aren’t working? 
Your fertile window will change as you input more data. Glow doesn’t actually know when you will ovulate

Looks like you ovulated cd15 to me, but you need to keep temping and have 3 full days of elevated temps to be sure 😊
