Sex is fizzling out

I’ve been hooking up with someone for a couple of months and the first time we had sex was really good. I’ve never orgasmed in my life but I still enjoy sex. But lately sex is feeling more like a chore but I keep hoping it would feel like that first time we had it. Honestly he does have a penis on the shorter side and doesn’t seem to be able to hit my g spot anymore. we try different positions but I end up feeling still sexually frustrated at the end of it all and become really tired by how long it takes for him to come.
