Please help. How far a long do I look?

When I got our BFP and I called to set up an OB appointment and they said I was 4 weeks because she asked me when my last period was. Now I would be 6 weeks.

But we are thinking I might be further along than we were told. Yes I bled the month before but I have read that you can still bleed if you're pregnant. I have had symptoms of pregnancy for a while. I am really struggling with this. But I am not pushing out in this picture at all and I look pregnant. It's too early to "look" pregnant.

I just couldn't have gained that much weight in such a short time.
