Ultrasound after MVA or D&C?

Can any of you ladies that has had a D&C or MVA procedure tell me how early you did an ultrasound after? I had a MVA done last Thursday and my fertility Dr. Wants to see me tomorrow for an ultrasound to check and see if anything is left. I’m still having brown small tissue expel when I wipe but no heavy bleeding. I’m also having pain and pressure when I urinate or try and have a bowel movement. That started on Saturday and it was really bad that evening and had me on the floor but as soon as I had a bowel movement the pain decreased so I’m not sure if it’s just gas that it trapped and causing all this. I’m not sure what’s normal and not normal after this procedure and I worry about infection. I don’t have flu like symptoms or a discharge smell but just pain and pressure in my abdominal area which makes is uncomfortable to urinate. The manual they gave me says do not insert anything or have intercourse for two weeks so you don’t get infection. So isn’t a internal ultrasound too early to have right now if that’s the case? Hope someone can help me with some of these questions 😐
