Developed an allergy

Yay me! A few months ago I needed a red ring under my wedding ring. It was itchy and flaky. I thought it was just dry and would just use lotion a lot. After a bit it still wouldn’t go away. I had a doc appointment so I asked and they said I probably developed an allergy to white gold. My wedding band is white good. I had another ring on my other hand which is just gold and that one was just fine. I took it off and after about a week and a half it cleared. A few months pass and about 2 weeks ago I wanted to test it out. I tried it on again. My white gold wedding band and again after a few days the red started to come back. I keep forgetting to ask the doctor if this allergy will stay or if it will go away after birth. I love wearing my ring and i don’t like gold. This was the reason I choose white gold because I hate gold. Anybody develop an allergy during pregnancy and it go away after? I’m bummed. I’m really hoping it goes away.
