Third trimester nausea

Will be 34 weeks on Wednesday all last week every time I ate I would get nauseous, on Thursday I completely lost my appetite. All weekend I didn’t care to eat anything drank some chocolate milk and snacked but no meals😩 today I finally forced myself to eat and I instantly got a headache and been sick ever since. I thought I might have caught a bug but for some reason I just don’t feel right. Has anyone experienced this before I have a doc appt in the morning so I plan to discuss it with her but if anyone can give me some advice or anything to ease this up 😞😞😞
