Possibly beginning of a miscarriage?

I am 18 weeks pregnant, I’ve been having an abundant amount of discharge and what feels like little gushes of fluid. Thought nothing of it, maybe just increased discharge? But today had sex with hubby and felt a huge hush a liquid(no it was not pee. I checked 😅)

I checked my cervix to see what was going on, and it feels really soft and extremely wide. Is that how it’s supposed to feel ?? Could something be wrong ?
