UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM! ♡

This was me 11/1/18. 1 year PP from my youngest (I also have a 7 year old) Before being a mom, I averaged around 135/140. I was content with that. After I had my oldest, I averaged at 150 for a couple of years and finally stuck around 145. I figured that was fine, I've had a kid.

This time, I fell into post partum depression. My father passed away early during my pregnancy, and my grandmother passed away when my youngest was about 9 months old. In October my sister in law got married and I was the photographer; with that in mind, I wanted to lose weight for her wedding... I was 174, i was able to lose 4 pounds. 🤦‍♀️

I was frustrated. Come October, I wanted to lose more weight and struggled. November, I started eating smaller, healthier portions, and really pushing my water intake. December I started my program and since them I even became a coach for that program because of how happy I am with the results.

In the picture below, these are pants I had to clean and wear often at almost none of my old pants fit before I started working out. And now, you can see how lose they are around my butt and thighs. 😍

I understand that there are bigger transformations out there... and I'm SO supportive of people reaching their health and fitness goals. But I'm proud for dragging myself out of a continuous depression and progressing to what I want for myself. I'm loving watching myself get healthy, and fit, and seeing my oldest try my workouts. 🤣🤩😍

I've been working hard and focusing on my nutrition with these workouts. And can honestly say I love how far I've come!
