Who Is in the right ?

So Ive posted before about my obgyn ans changing it and my old OBGYN giving me a hard time just for a referral And all now that I finally got that over with I have my Appointment set for The 21st of march for my New OBGYN office .

Heres my situation , at first they cancelled all My Appointments finding out ill be wanting to change doctors but the thing is I didn't had yet changed it and won't change until the transfer of care happens on the 21st Of this month .

Well I get weekly shots ( makena ) My last one was Last week and this Monday I had a regular OB visit & It was supposed to be the shot , I found out that day I went I wasn't going to get any until I go to my new doctor which is ridiculous because I am supposed to get them weekly . I asked the actual doctor would this effect me in any way and She tells me " it shouldnt but you need to talk to the new doctor about that " basically Like I don't give a shit about you anymore you're not my patient ( although I am Still under their care ) . this Had me pissed off , and than the doctor Told me also " yeah we should just keep your appointment cause youre just on a waiting list you don't even have a doctor yet " this had me like wtf ? Isnt that what my appointment is for ? And why are you down talking on another Place because I'm changing , the Manager there also told me ( when I was Trying to get my referral before all this ) she tells me " I just want to let you know that texas children gets THOUSANDS of patients and You will be on a waiting list ".....

Y'all a week later I had gotten a call to get set up an appointment with them .

But see I called yesterday after I left cause I called the new office to tell them what the doctor Told me about how I needed to talk to my New Doctors place and what not about my shots & I did , and guess what ? They told me the same shit I done told the doctor , they have No information no nothing UNTIL THE DAY OF TRANSFER OF CARE .

So I called the Old OBGYN and told them and thAt I wanted to speak to the Manager and the manager made it seem like I didnt know who I spoke to or what I said and if I was sure I spoke to the doctor when I had told her I had just left there . around this time it was 230pm , she said she was going to call me back & Never did. . plus when I was there Also I hear doc tell her receptionist " who made this appointment " talking about me , and than when one of the nurses started tending to me doing vitals and regular Questions They do , doctor comes in telling her " She can wait , you need to go do this ; I shouldnt have to be waiting " mind you it was 220pm and my appointment was at 2 pm , and its like why would you yell at your nurse ? In front of a patient ? And than make the patient seem like she's Not Importnat neither like that ?

There was only like 2 nurses there and If she would've done I guess what the doctor was yelling her for She would've yelled at her anout still having patients waiting to do vitals....

I do plan On Reporting them to The Texas Health And human services Commission and Writing my Complaint To my insurance place , they have been giving me NOTHING but Fuckin hell and neglecting my care just because I am wanting to change doctors .

I would change doctors but I know that's what they want and see if I chanhe doctors I will have to Get the referral from the new doctor and all that plus Why would I waste a need doctors office Time when all they had to do was just do my shots until I go to the new doctor office and I can take my remaining shots left up to the new office so they can have . its going to take about 1 month Just to get back on track on my shots and that's not fair that my body just got used to the shots and having to stop can cause some issues , I am Considered high risk and need these shots And now they treating me like I am Nothing more .
