6 month supply drop?

Have any other BF mommas noticed a decrease in supply around 6 months PP? I’ve done all the tricks to help increase supply.. I have never been an over producer. I pump just enough for baby for the following day.

I don’t know if it’s a supply drop or an increase in LO’s demand. I now need to pump 3x at work to make fill two 6 oz bottles for him. I haven’t done much to try to boost my supply yet though.
