Anyone waiting till 40weeks?

Question

So With my 1st, I haven’t dilated more than 3cms. And this time I’m having GD and fibroid 😞 My OB asked about what I want and after a long thought I choose cSection on April 30th. I’ll be 40weeks3days that day. 
Is it okay to wait that long or you think 2nd baby comes earlier (lot of my coworkers saying this to me).
Moms of multiple kids please share your experiences!!!

A lot of second babies do come sooner, but not all. I went naturally with my first (late) but I had to be induced with my second because nothing was happing after a week late.

My first I was induced at 9days but had him at 12overdue. With my second I was 4 days over due. Every baby and mama is different. You could easily go past 40 weeks, but not everyone does. There is no way to tell for sure if you'll be later or early

Everyone is going to be different. My first came at 38 weeks (induction due to leaking amniotic fluid) my second came at 41+3 (also had to be induced, because well stubborn)
