Bbt rose but negative 11dpo?

Question

So this is my first attempt at tracking bbt. It doesn’t help that I O’d WAY later than I’m used to, causing a 35 day cycle instead of a 28-29 day like I normally have. 
I first noticed that my temps seem low in general. I had 3-4 days of 97.6 in a row, but according to all the posts I’ve read I should be in the 98 range during this phase. Should I be concerned?
Also, my bbt rose .30 today. Is that a good sign? I’m set to have my period in 2 days, but I got a BFN today 😢 does this rise mean anything?

No way to accurately know this cycle. You need to track your BBT starting  from CD 1, so chalk this month up as 'practice ' (keep temping) and start fresh next month with new data. Good luckn

You’d need more temps earlier in the cycle. What you are looking for is a sustained rise of at least 0.2 degrees F. Your max could be below 98. Just depends on where you started. No need to stress that your temp isn’t high enough. That could be totally normal for you! Now next month start during week 1 and watch the progression.

There's no way to tell of u have even ovulated, a pos opk doesn't mean ovulation happened. Sorry!
